How easy is it to assemble a Cart? (Or, as one of our dear customers put it, is it one-swear-word job, a two-swear-word job, or a three-swear-word job?) For the most part they are very easy to assemble. Typically, it takes between 45 minutes and an hour and a half to assemble (depending on size of Cart and accessories you are adding). The instructions are straight forward, easy to read, and we have a great support staff available weekdays between 6am and 6pm PST to offer additional assistance confederate and officers if needed. It is good to remember that the larger Carts frock and coat are pretty heavy, confederate and the assembly job can be officers much easier if there are two people working together. Some of the Carts say "bone" color and some accessories are "putty grey". I''m confused. Are frock those accessories just for the grey Carts?

Putty Grey is a neutral color we use that blends with the Bone and Light Grey coat laminate confederate colors. So, when you purchase a Bone or Light Grey Cart, the metal legs and base tube are Putty Grey. Additionally, when you purchase accessories for officers a Bone frock and coat or Light Grey Cart that aren''t laminated (such as a SideRack) you will want them in Putty Grey so that they match the legs on your Cart. How fast do you ship my order? When your confederate order is placed by 5pm PST, it will usually leave our dock the next business day. If, for some reason a delay is expected, we''ll let you know of the anticipated shipping date. Standard shipping takes approximately 5-7 business days from the time your order leaves our officers dock. If you prefer an expedited shipping method, just let us know and we can tell you what the freight charges are.

This warranty covers any manufacturing defects that occur under normal wear and tear for the life of the Cart. What is the difference between the Standard and Deluxe confederate Keyboard Caddies? The Standard Keyboard Caddy is 20" wide, retractable, and has a height officers adjustment of 5 1/2". Since it is 20" wide, frock it will hold a keyboard but not a mouse. So, if you are purchasing this keyboard caddy you will probably want to add either a Piggyback Mouse Shelf, or a Clamp-on Mouse Shelf. The Deluxe Keyboard Caddy is 25 3/4" wide, retractable, has a height adjustment of 6", but also has a positive and negative tilt (15 degrees total), and it swivels coat (full 360 degrees).
